What you have

Required Qualification

​• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using Angular, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, system architecture, databases, networking, concurrency, testing methodologies, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
• Experience designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting production software applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex application issues, resolving defects, restoring services, and supporting stable production environments.
• Experience developing and executing automated tests, including unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development productivity and software quality.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, maintainability, scalability, performance, security, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Experience creating effective prompts, development instructions, or reusable workflows that improve AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, or code review outcomes.
• Exposure to agentic workflows, specification-driven development, or AI-assisted task execution models that accelerate software delivery.
• Experience translating business requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical designs into scalable software solutions.
• Strong understanding of software quality practices, including test automation, defect prevention, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing application security best practices, including authentication and authorization, secure coding, dependency management, vulnerability remediation, and protection of sensitive data.
• Experience consolidating software changes into secure, stable, and reliable releases through modern CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments using roadmaps, epics, user stories, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery models.
• Knowledge of cloud-native and distributed system design principles, with experience developing solutions aligned to modern cloud architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to balance security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability when designing and operating software systems.

Preferred Qualification

​• Experience building, extending, or integrating AI agents that accelerate software engineering activities such as legacy application analysis, code modernization, automated testing, documentation generation, and code quality validation.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications, including migration from .NET Framework to .NET, refactoring monolithic applications, and implementing modern Angular-based user interfaces.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including cloud-native development, deployment automation, monitoring, observability, and AI service integration.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle to improve coding, testing, code reviews, documentation, and operational support.
• Experience supporting highly available production systems, including incident response, service restoration, root cause analysis, and operational readiness activities.
• Experience implementing quality engineering practices, including test automation frameworks, continuous testing, release validation, and compliance-focused testing strategies.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, application monitoring, vulnerability management, policy enforcement, and security governance.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based solutions using modern architectural patterns and engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical direction and drive engineering excellence across teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable software and clear technical documentation.
