What you have

Required Skills -

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of solid SFMC experience for content and automation development and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 8 years of solid backend development experience in .Net/Java
• Minimum of 8 years distributed multi-tier distributed applications, NO SQL databases, and SQL is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading a development team and successfully delivering complex projects within timelines
• Develops solutions and coordinates with teams to enhance application support
• Enhances processes to ensure legal and ethical data compliance
• Skilled in breaking down epics into stories and engaging with stakeholders.
• Expert in object-oriented design, SOA, design patterns, development, implementation and maintenance.
• Exceptional experience designing and implementing REST based Web Service API(s) in a transaction processing environment.
• Experience working with event streaming or message queuing frameworks like RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Experience with using AI to responsibly and securely accelerate development lifecycle
• Strong experience in Cloud Native Applications and Micro Services Architecture
• Strong experience in building enterprise scale web solutions based upon n-tier architecture using open-source technologies (Angular / React), Microsoft Web API, and SQL / No-SQL Databases.
• Strong experience and demonstrate proficiency in web-based technologies such as Angular/React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, jQuery, Backbone, Bootstrap, Node or similar
• Good understanding of latest Architecture and Development Standards, Guidelines and SOLID principles.

• Experience in developing applications using modern streaming technologies (like Kafka) and protocols
• Independently plans own work and are accountable to meet schedules and deliverables
• Experience providing guidance, direction, and feedback to other technical staff to meet agreed upon objectives.
• Proficient managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment
• Applies analytical thinking to abstract factors, guides outcomes, and sets priorities
• Consistently maintains clear, open communication to enhance collaboration with others
• Leverages industry expertise to guide strategy and guide team members in industry and marketplace dynamics

• Anticipates reactions from individuals and groups in situations and plans accordingly
