This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of the firm's largest identity modernization initiatives, helping onboard hundreds of applications into SailPoint while strengthening the company's security posture. You'll work on complex, enterprise-scale integrations across cloud, SaaS, database, and on-premises platforms, gaining exposure to a wide variety of technologies and business processes. The role offers significant opportunities to shape automation solutions, solve challenging technical problems, and directly influence how identity governance is delivered at scale. Key Responsibilities

  • SailPoint Development & Application Onboarding
    Design, develop, and implement application onboarding solutions within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
    Configure and maintain roles, entitlements, workflows, and access models.
    Support onboarding of on-premises, cloud, and SaaS applications.
    Partner with business analysts and application teams to gather and implement technical requirements.
  • IGA Engineering & Integration
    Develop and maintain integrations between SailPoint and enterprise systems including Active Directory, LDAP, databases, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
    Build and support SailPoint rules, workflows, event handlers, and custom integration components.
    Configure provisioning, reconciliation, aggregation, and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Automation & Operational Excellence
    Develop automation solutions that improve onboarding efficiency and reduce manual effort.
    Support deployment activities and code promotion through multiple environments.
    Ensure solutions align with security, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Production Support & Troubleshooting
    Investigate and resolve onboarding issues, provisioning failures, aggregation problems, and connectivity challenges.
    Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions.
    Support application teams in troubleshooting and remediation efforts.
  • Testing & Deployment Support
    Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
    Assist with defect resolution and validation of onboarding solutions.
    Ensure quality standards are met before production deployment.
  • Documentation & Best Practices
    Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
    Follow established development standards and onboarding processes.
    Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship
    Work closely with business analysts, application teams, security engineering teams, and project stakeholders.
    Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members.
    SailPoint Development & Application Onboarding
    Design, develop, and implement application onboarding solutions within SailPoint IdentityIQ.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • SailPoint & IGA Experience
    4+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
    3+ years of experience developing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
    Experience with application onboarding, entitlement management, and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Development & Integration Skills
    Strong Java development skills.
    Experience developing SailPoint rules, workflows, forms, and custom components.
    Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
    Knowledge of provisioning, reconciliation, aggregation, and identity governance concepts.
  • Technical Skills
    Experience troubleshooting SailPoint implementations and integrations.
    Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications, and approval workflows.
    Knowledge of databases, SQL, and directory services.
  • DevOps & Delivery
    Experience using source control tools such as Git or Bitbucket.
    Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment practices.
    Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Communication & Collaboration
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
    Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) or other legacy IGA platforms.
  • Experience migrating applications from OIM to SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and advanced SailPoint integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity technologies and modern authentication protocols.
  • Experience supporting large-scale application onboarding programs.
  • Strong focus on automation, process improvement, and operational excellence
