This role is expected to operate at a senior specialist level, bringing strong agile/scrum delivery discipline, independent follow-through, stakeholder coordination, and practical problem-solving to support priority IAM outcomes. The role will provide program management, Scrum facilitation, project coordination, governance support, process improvement, and automation-minded execution capabilities to help deliver a successful IAM program across authorization and authentication services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Scrum Master-style support for internal IAM efforts, including sprint planning, backlog coordination, daily/weekly standups, retrospectives, dependency tracking, and action item follow-through.
  • Coordinate IAM project and program activities supporting authorization and authentication services, with a specific focus on governance, access controls, certification readiness, role/access management, and service delivery alignment.
  • Support and maintain project plans, status reporting, milestones, decision records, meeting notes, and executive-ready updates for prioritized/assigned IAM initiatives.
  • Support planning and execution of IAM roadmap activities, including intake coordination, prioritization support, dependency management, and progress tracking across workstreams.
  • Help establish repeatable operating routines, governance forums, reporting cadences, templates, dashboards, and process documentation to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Partner with IAM service owners, product managers, technology teams, risk partners, and business stakeholders to track priorities, remove blockers, and ensure work is delivered with transparency and accountability. Identify opportunities to streamline IAM processes, reduce manual effort, improve handoffs, and strengthen delivery discipline across IAM support activities.
  • Apply familiarity with automation tooling, workflow enablement, reporting automation, and lightweight process automation to support efficiency directives, reduce repetitive manual work, and improve the speed and consistency of IAM program delivery.
  • Support readiness and adoption activities for IAM service changes, including communication coordination, stakeholder follow-up, documentation updates, and operational transition planning.
  • Support Service owners with tracking metrics and performance indicators that demonstrate execution progress, control effectiveness, operational efficiency, and service improvement outcomes.
  • Contribute to audit, risk, and compliance support activities by organizing evidence, tracking remediation commitments, and ensuring governance-related deliverables are completed on time

  • Ability to translate complex work into clear status updates, action plans, meeting summaries, and leadership-ready reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working across global, cross-functional, and matrixed teams.
