What you have

Required Qualification

• Minimum of 5 years of development experience in C# .Net, .NET Core, Java and Software Quality Assurance
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise middleware systems
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with database (SQL / NoSQL) architecture, design and implementation
• Minimum 4 years of experience with modern streaming and messaging architecture, design and implementation (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Apache Kafka and Solace PubSub+ or similar messaging platforms)
• Solid experience developing and implementing applications, particularly web-enabled applications using:
• Front-End Technologies/Concepts:  ASP.NET Core Web API, MVC, Angular and/or AngularJS, JSON/XML, Sync/Async services, Entity Framework, NServiceBus, MS Test, Azure, AWS, SSIS, SSRS.
• Back End Technologies: C#, JavaScript, Typescript, .NET core, RESTful API design, Micro-Services and Event-drive driven architecture and frameworks
• Test Automation Tools:  such as Solace SDKPerf, JMeter, ReqNRoll, Cucumber or other industry leading tool sets and the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr, Confluence)
• Expertise in testing practices (black box testing, risk-based testing, system testing, regression testing, exploratory testing practices)
▪ Expertise in BDD or ATDD test automation using tools such as Solace SDKPerf, JMeter, SOAP UI, ReqNRoll, cucumber or other industry leading tool sets and the Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Zephyr, Confluence)
• Environment: Distributed Monolithic and Cloud Based Micro-services (Tanzu, Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry is strongly differentiating)
• Solid understanding in web application environments and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques as well as automated deployment pipeline tools
▪ Experience understanding and leveraging AI tools like MS Copilot through IDE, CLI or direct application access to guide adoption of AI tools across team(s) to deliver client solutions with higher quality more efficiently
• Work closely with architects, tech lead and business partners to define Agile stories for new capabilities.
• Perform thorough design reviews and code reviews.
• Provide technical direction and support to the rest of your team.
• Hands on coding, unit testing and production issue solving.
• Lead design and implementation of new stories and bug fixes.
• Participate in product roadmap discussions and long-term planning for your team.
• Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Should be comfortable in a fast-paced customer focused environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques.
