What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 2+ years of progressive experience in software development and engineering, including hands-on coding and solution design or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Exposure to modernization initiatives, such as API development, microservices architecture, or cloud-native platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, participating in SCRUM teams and iterative delivery.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for improving delivery efficiency.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Solid understanding of API design and integration, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and platform health.
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including: NET Core / .NET 6+ for building scalable applications.
- C# as the primary programming language.
- NET Core for web services and RESTful API development.
- Entity Framework Core for ORM and data access.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP or PCF preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of progressive experience in software development and engineering, including hands-on coding and solution design.
- Experience contributing to modernization projects, such as API development, microservices, or cloud migration.
- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Working knowledge of security best practices and performance tuning for scalable applications.
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including: .NET Core / .NET 6+
- C# for application development
- NET Core for RESTful APIs
- Entity Framework Core for ORM
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
- Exposure to Agile/SAFe methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Industry certifications that demonstrate technical depth and continuous learning, such as:
Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (or working toward certification)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
